Heather's introduction: I was first introduced to Praise in Motion in 2012 when one of the founders visited my Bible study group and led us through two songs. That day I realized Praise in Motion was what I had been missing in my life. I immediately started attending weekly Praise in Motion classes. In 2016, after being a participant for 3 years, I began the certification program to become a leader. There are many ways to connect with Lord: reading his Word, praying, enjoying fellowship with other believers, and worshipful movement; Praise in Motion brings all of these together in the most beautiful way. The joy of seeing others feel loved by their Creator and feeling freedom in their bodies is an honor to be a part of and experience myself.

Courtney's introduction:  I was first introduced to Praise in Motion in 2019 when I was in Colorado attending a continuing education training. Praise in Motion was offered to our group on one of our breaks and I will never forget that moment! As we moved, God ignited my heart for this ministry and I knew He was calling me to be a part of it. After praying and waiting for God’s timing I was given the opportunity to become a certified leader and launch the first class in the Midwest in 2023. It has been one of the great joys and privileges of my life to serve as a Praise in Motion leader. God has used this ministry to bless me physically, emotionally and spiritually and it is an honor to share this experience with other women in my area.
